ST GEORGE, Utah – Jason Griffith, CCIM, and Twila Davis of NAI Excel sold a 27,000-Square-Foot manufacturing building in Hildale to a local business. Hildale, some 40 miles from downtown St. George, is home to several manufacturers and companies such as Balance of Nature.
The building, which is currently vacant, features key infrastructure for industrial use, including 1,000 amps of 3-phase power, loading docks, full climate control, and 6-8 inch concrete floors, making it an ideal space for manufacturing and production operations.
“Buildings in the Hildale market are very competitively priced compared to the St George industrial market”, Griffith said.
