Brandon Vandermyde, Sr. Vice President at NAI Excel helps bring Café Rio to Hurricane, UT.
Café Rio will unveil its new concept building, designed to harmonize with Café Rio’s vibrant ambiance and famous Tex-Mex cuisine. The new concept will be constructed in collaboration with Shakespeare Development and will open in mid- 2025. Café Rio joins the development with Buck’s Ace Hardware, which is currently under construction with their 42,000 s.f. facility.
Brandon Vandermyde was one of the driving forces behind this exciting venture, and helped broker the deal ensuring that Café Rio’s expansion into Hurricane becomes a reality. Vandermyde’s expertise and dedication have been instrumental in shaping this milestone moment for Café Rio and the local Community.

Brandon brings over 17 years of real estate experience to NAI Excel. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the local real estate market and has worked as an advisor to several companies as their broker and real estate consultant. His experience in negotiating, deal structuring, analytical skills, and marketing are of great benefit to both NAI and his clients.
Brandon received his associate degree at Dixie State College, where he was a member of the baseball team and served as the Vice-President of the Ambassador Organization, the recruiting arm of the college.He furthered his education at Southern Utah University, where he was also an ambassador and received a bachelor’s degree in public relations.
