Jason Griffith, CCIM, with NAI Excel sold Rio Plaza, located at 558 East Riverside Drive, to a 1031-investor. Rio Plaza is a 32,914 Sq. Ft. retail/office center. The 100% leased center’s asking price was $8,280,000. Griffith played a significant role in helping the original developer of Rio Plaza with the concept design for the project. This is the fourth time Griffith has sold Rio Plaza. He and NAI Property Management will continue managing the property for the new owner.
