NAI Excel’s Leslie Houston awarded coveted SIOR Designation
NAI Excel is pleased to announce that Leslie Houston has achieved the prestigious SIOR designation as awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®. The SIOR designation certifies Leslie as one of the top industrial and office brokers in the region as someone who has consistently demonstrated the highest level of ethics, professionalism, knowledge, and production in the industry.
The SIOR designation is globally recognized as the gold standard for commercial real estate professionals and is one of the highest accolades professionals can receive. Candidates must meet strict requirements in transaction volume, experience, and professional conduct over several years in order to be nominated for the award.

Leslie began her real estate career in 2018 and joined the Larkin Industrial Group the following year. She specializes in representing industrial tenants, users, and investors. In a relatively short time, she has earned multiple industry awards including Rookie of the Year, Deal of the Year, Leaders’ Circle, Presidents’ Circle, and NAI Excel’s top annual award, the Founders’ Mark. In 2023 and 2024, Leslie and the Larkin Industrial Group were recognized as one of the Top 10 Producing Team Worldwide at NAI Global. Leslie also serves on the Leadership Board of the NAI Global Women’s Alliance and is a member of CCIM, NAIOP, and CREW.

Throughout her career, she has excelled in coaching, supervision, and customer service—skills proving invaluable in her current role within the Larkin Industrial Group.
