“The tenant was looking for a new location with nicer finishes and a convenient location.” Davis shared, “After several tours and negotiations for final finishes, a lease was signed and all of the units have been upgraded to meet their specs.”
Several medical Tenants have relocated into the building in addition to Southwest Spine, along with others in financial services and other corporate offices. Davis indicated that the remodel coinciding with the leasing strategy has helped increase the value of the property by more than 40%.
