NAI Excel is proud to announce the sale of a retail building along I-15 in St. George, UT.

NAI Excel Senior Vice President, Brandon Vandermyde, represented the buyer of the multi-tenant property located at 1361 E Red Hills Parkway.

The building is a stabilized retail investment, something that the buyer had been seeking throughout the west.

“The buyer had been looking all over the west, but specifically wanted to target a property in St. George as he understands the growth and potential of this area,” Vandermyde said. “We were able to find him something with great access, visibility to I-15, which are always great combining factors to a successful investment in perpetuity.”
