Edward Waldvogel
NAI Excel is excited to announce its newest team member, Edward Waldvogel. Edward has over 17 years of real estate experience with a specialization in Real Estate Development. Edward has worked on and developed a wide array of commercial properties for national and local clients.
Most recently, Edward has been involved in the development of a medical office building in Farmington, UT, 104-key Candlewood Suites in Colorado Springs, 440 Unit apartment complex in Colorado Springs, a 500-acre master planned community in St. George, Utah and a 1,600-acre Master Planned Golf Course Community in North Carolina. Edward received his Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah.
Edward enjoys spending time with his wife and children on the lake, and participating in several outdoor activities.

Edward is a family man through and through. When he is not working, you will find him with his wife and four darling children. They all enjoy spending time at the lake on their boat, outdoor activities including baseball, tennis, football, golf, dance, etc., with four kids, there’s always a little bit of everything to enjoy! Growing up near LA, Edward’s heart is with the LA Dodgers. You will also find Edward on the golf course as often as he can. An early tee time is one thing he never turns down.
