Jay has been active in commercial real estate for over 20 years as a developer/landlord representative of projects across the United States. Jay has expertise in all areas of commercial real estate, with a significant emphasis on retail and shopping centers.

Jay earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from Kansas State University.
