New Managing Broker
NAI Vegas announced today that Todd Manning has joined the company as managing broker of the Las Vegas office. Previously, Manning served as Broker and Vice President at Marcus & Millichap Las Vegas, where he began his career in 2005. In his new role, Manning will oversee all NAI Vegas operations in Nevada, including sales, leasing, advisory, and property management services.
“Todd has a strong track record of success in brokerage and management, and has earned many accolades during his career,” said Jon Walter, partner and chief operating offering of NAI Vegas and NAI Excel. “His experience and skills will be a great asset to our company, agents, and clients.”
Manning has been involved in hundreds of leasing and sales transactions throughout his 15-year career and has helped train and mentor many successful agents. He received the CoStar Power Broker award in 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014, as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield. In 2015, he rejoined Marcus & Marcus as their Regional Manager and led the office to a 200% increase in volume.

Manning received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has also served as a mentor with the Lied Center for Real Estate at the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV).

Todd joined NAI Vegas in 2020 as its Managing Broker and also specializes in the lease and sale of net lease retail properties. In the past 15 years, he has completed hundreds of retail lease and sales transactions, and received four Power-Broker awards.
