NAI Vegas is excited to announce our offices are moving beginning April 1, 2020. NAI Vegas will be relocating from its current location, at 8945 West Russell Road, just around “The Bend” to 6064 South Durango Drive in the Southwest submarket of Las Vegas. This area continues to bring new developments and tremendous growth to the valley. The location is desirable for our agents and clients, equidistant to Summerlin and Henderson with easy access to the 215 Beltway, 15 Freeway and McCarran Airport. Is also located directly across the street from the 122 acre UNLV Research Park, dedicated to UNLV’s forthcoming tech incubator, research, and innovation space.
The new office is approximately 5,500 square feet, and will provide NAI with much needed space to accommodate its growth and success. The building has undergone a complete renovation including 10 private offices with adjustable height desks, board room, executive conference room, sales floor, break area and lounge.
