Retail Addition Coming Soon to Southern Utah!

Located on the Corner of Pioneer Parkway and Rachel Drive is a 2-acre parcel that just sold. Wes Davis, Commercial Broker and Developer at NAI Excel was exclusively retained by the owner of the land parcel to market the property for sale. Brandon Vandermyde, Commercial & Investment Specialist at NAI Excel was retained by the Buyer to find a suitable development parcel for a Retail location.

“The seller had purchased the property nearly 12 years ago and was looking to reallocate funds out of this investment for another.” Davis stated.

Vandermyde was searching for the perfect property for his buyer, a regional retailer, for a place holder on a future store location. Vandermyde has worked ongoing with the buyer on securing other retail locations in the Utah market.

The future planned store will be a complementary addition to the retail corridor between St. George and Santa Clara.

Vandermyde and Davis successfully negotiated favorable terms for both parties and accomplished both parties’ goals.

Wes Davis

Wes Davis’ areas of expertise include buying, selling, and leasing (landlord and tenant representation) commercial and investment real estate. Brandon Vandermyde

Brandon brings nearly a decade of real estate experience to NAI Excel. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the local real estate market, and has worked as an advisor to several companies as their broker and real estate consultant. His experience in negotiating, deal structuring, analytical skills, and marketing are of great benefit to both NAI and his clients.

His marketing expertise, out of the box thinking, and vigor helped win the national O’Reilly Auto Parts disposition account after they merged with Checker Auto Parts. He was commissioned to be the disposition manager and compiled a team charged with selling and leasing their excess commercial real estate after all over the country.
