Las Vegas, NV (January 18^th, 2022) – NAI Vegas is pleased to announce the sale of two medical office buildings in Las Vegas, located at 8840 W Sunset Road and 7040 Smoke Ranch Road.  The properties sold for $6.888 million and $2.511 million, respectively.

Tina D. Taylor of NAI Vegas was the exclusive listing agent and represented the Buyers and Sellers in both transactions.

“The properties are leased to ENTC, the largest Ear, Nose and Throat specialty practice in Las Vegas,” stated Taylor.

The property at 8840 W Sunset Road was constructed in 2015 and comprises a 12,581 square-foot medical building on 1.06 acres. The property at 7040 Smoke Ranch Road was constructed in 2006 and comprises a 4,813 square-foot medical building on 0.46 acres.
