Roy Barker, Sales Associate with the Neil Walter Team at NAI Excel was exclusively retained to market and sell The Red Lobster Investment Building in St. George, UT.
The Red Lobster, located at 263 N Red Cliffs Drive was built in 1996, and featured a NNN Investment for acquisition in a great location. The 4,504 square foot restaurant building sold for full price at $4.53 Million.
The Neil Walter Team represented Seller to meet his objectives to sell and close this transaction.
