All American Convention Services has completed a 75,454 SF Lease Renewal with the assistance of The Larkin Industrial Group of NAI Vegas.
The $4,096,000 total transaction increased value for Panattoni Properties, who sold the building to Link Industrial a few months after the deal.

NAI provided a lease vs. buy analysis and several full market studies well in advance of the lease expiration date to not lose negotiation leverage with the landlord.
