Creative Kitchen Concepts has expanded its footprint.  With a new showroom, lines, services, and more now headquartered off of Exit 6, by Totally Nutz.  Creative Kitchen hired Wes Davis, Sr Vice President at NAI Excel, to assist them in finding a facility that had the ability to support the companies growth.

Davis says “We looked at several buildings over a couple of month period.  The Tenant settled on this location based on its size, configuration, access and visibility off of I-15.”

The new Office Warehouse location is over 15,000 SF and has a large showroom, many private offices with windows, a dock, break room, in addition too many other amenities.  The Lessor had also hired Mr. Davis to procure a Tenant for that location.  The actual vacancy to the Landlord was zero (0) based off the timeliness and ability for Mr. Davis to procure a Tenant quickly.
