Green Valley Grocer and Towne Storage
Green Valley Grocer is making plans to construct a new convenience store at the corner of Sunset and Pabco in Henderson, NV. According to Jon Walter at NAI Vegas, the 1.43 acre site was surplus land from the adjacent Towne Storage development that recently opened at 655 E Sunset Rd. Mr. Walter represented Towne Storage in the sale of the surplus property. Towne Storage and Green Valley Grocer are expected to provide needed services to the neighboring residence in Cadence, as well as in surrounding communities.
