Wes Davis, Commercial Developer and Broker at NAI Excel is pleased to announce the sale of a newly remodeled office building on Tabernacle in St. George, Utah.
This 7,200 square foot office was ready for an upgrade. Previously the building was a former bank and is now converted to office, the second and third floor over-went a full renovation with glass walls, tech package, drive-thru conversion to offices, and many other upgrades.
Davis was exclusively retained by the owner of the building to sell it as a great Owner Occupant or Investment Property. The buyer is a local firm looking to expand and strategically located this downtown office.
“While the occupant is not ready to disclose who they are,” stated Davis, “this central location will expand their local footprint, centralize some of their operations, and provide them the opportunity to expand and grow their offices.”
Davis also represented the local investment group who purchased the building and negotiated a strong contract between the two parties. Davis has 20 years of experience with successfully helping Sellers and Buyers with investment properties.

Wes has also taken the time to give back to community as he coaches several youth sports, sits on the Board on the Caddy Group Business alliance a non-profit organization, is on the Professional Advisory Board for a local Bank and the Regional Hospital, and is the Vice President for Southern Utah Soccer Association.
