The Larkin Industrial Group at NAI Vegas closed a 66,700 SF, $2,885,500 transaction. Plus Studios, the NAI client, leased half of a Link Industrial Properties building in Henderson, NV. The company relocation met all of the requirements, and NAI’s performance exceeded expectations.
