NAI Excel is excited to announce the Lease of a Silicon Slopes office building this week. The office is currently undergoing a massive transformation and remodel. Located in the busy area of Silicon Slopes of Lehi with convenient access to I-15 and surrounding projects made this a must have location.

Stan Perkins, Commercial Investment Specialist at NAI Excel, was exclusively retained by the Owner to market the 4,700+ square foot building to find a long term tenant.

Jay Blacker, Retail Specialist at NAI Excel, was retained by the Tenant, KidConnect, to find a long term solution and location for their new home.

The Result: Stan Perkins and Jay Blacker worked together to lease the space for no less than 10 years and all while having the office on the market for less than 45 days!
