Greg Whitehead and Gregg McArthur, Directors of Hospitality at NAI Excel, are excited to announce the sale of a Luxury Assisted Living Facility in Kaysville, UT.  The owners of this upscale facility exclusively retained Whitehead and McArthur for their knowledge and expertise in transacting sensitive properties and complex businesses transactions. This is the second high-end Assisted Living Facility Whitehead and McArthur have closed in Utah this year.

McArthur and Whitehead specialize in the sale of confidential, and highly sensitive hospitality projects. They have the expertise required to close complex contracts for real estate and the businesses associated with property as well. They make the closing of the property and business as seamless and smooth as possible.

“Our Goal is to make our clients, residents, and extended family feel confident and comfortable in the transition process, which usually includes a seamless transition in the management of the facilities we assist.” McArthur stated.

“This particular facility was not just extremely upscale. It included a high capitalization rate of 9+%, fully stabilized and completely turn key for any investor.” Whitehead announced.
