Prior to NAI Vegas, Michael Albanese engaged in over 12 years of Multifamily Management. His interest began as an intern in Manhattan’s upper west side real estate market for a local commercial firm whose portfolio consisted of over 20 commercial and residential assets. There Michael Albanese worked with the managing broker focusing on current asset renovations and new acquisition valuations. When he advanced from The W.P. Carey School of Business, he started working full time for Sunrise Management, where he honorably transitioned to the position of property manager within his 1st year. In the next few years managing multiple properties in Arizona and the Las Vegas submarket, Michael found a niche in value add renovations and condominium conversions. Growing the companies portfolio from 3 assets to over 15 assets.
He brings a wide range of skills and experience tailored towards Multifamily investing. With his knowledge of the local market, sales/rental trends, performance obstacles, multifamily specific financials, and asset capital scopes/ROI, Michael offers a unique insight into Multifamily Value add opportunities for his clients and potential investors. After years of success in his professional management career and personal success with his own remodeling business, Michael decided to adjust his career trajectory towards Multifamily Investment Sales.
Michael is a licensed Broker/Salesperson and holds a Property Management Permit with the State of Nevada.
He has been a member of NAA, NVSAA, and AMA (when working in Arizona) where he has participated and was a member of multiple committees for numerous training, educations, and networking events.
He attended Arizona State University where he was accepted into The W.P Carey School of Business. He earned a Business Management degree with a concentration in Real Estate and graduated Dean’s list with a GPA of 3.5.
Living in NW Las Vegas with his wife, Michael is an avid sports fan and a big supporter of The Golden Nights and Las Vegas Raiders. He enjoys skiing, cooking, and the company of his dogs.
