SOLD.

Curren Christensen, Senior Vice President at NAI Excel and NAI Vegas is pleased to announce the sale of a retail pad on the frontage of SR-9 and 3400 West in Hurricane Utah.

The pad is anchored by the Hurricane Wal-Mart. This 1.60-acre pad was sold to the owners of Tagg-N-Go Express Car Wash. This will make Tagg-N-Go’s 6th location.

The buyers have begun construction on the new carwash, and anticipate it being open and operating in the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2020.

A local developer and contracting company developed this Wal-Mart project in 2007 and had recently retained Christensen to market the Wal-Mart pads retained by the developer along with other high-quality assets they own in the area.

“This will be a great location for Tagg-N-Go,” stated Christensen, “it’s not just high visibility from SR-9 it’s also high traffic next to Wal-Mart.”
