The Larkin Industrial Group at NAI Vegas is excited to announce the New Location of OSM Worldwide, a leader in global logistics, and EPC, Inc an IT Management Company. at 74 W. Craig Road in Las Vegas, NV.
The Larkin Industrial Group was exclusively retained by OSM Worldwide and EPC, Inc independently, to find both of them new locations in the Greater Las Vegas area.
The North Las Vegas development owned by Huntington Industrial Partners and Polk Street Realty was the perfect fit for both companies in their expansions.

The Larkin Group successfully negotiated and pre-leased 169,628 square feet of distribution space on behalf of both OSM Worldwide and EPC, Inc. Both leases estimated approx. $7.8 Million in transaction total and brought the development to 100% occupancy.
