Towne Storage Breaks Ground on 75,000 SF Storage Facility
Towne Storage just broke ground on its next storage facility located in North Las Vegas between Alexander and Craig Road on Martin Luther King Blvd. The 2.16 acre site was purchased in November 2020 for $1.1 Million. Jon Walter with NAI Vegas represented Towne Storage in the acquisition.
When completed in 2021, the facility will include 541 storage units in a 75,000 square foot complex. The two-story concept on MLK Blvd follows two new Towne Storage projects that opened in the Las Vegas area earlier in 2020.
