Weisser Distribution expands its regional distribution center into 105,820 SF with a $3,600,000 estimated transaction lead by Larkin Industrial Group at NAI Vegas. The family-owned e-commerce company saw the opportunity to deliver high-quality products and services to customers across the entire USA.
The core values, upon which the company was founded, needed to lead their expansion. Weisser leveraged the NAI Global network to “Put People First,” one of Weisser’s core values. Proximity to amenities, employee commutes, hotel accommodations, and entertainment were a priority during a distribution center expansion.
A new regional distribution center, conducive to propelling the founding values of the company, was secured with NAI’s guidance. Recruitment, retention, and a “People First” approach was executed.
