Pat Chappell, of NAI Utah Southern Region recently assisted Zion’s Way Hospice and Home Health as the seller’s agent with a five year 5,000 SF lease, in relocating their existing St. George Company, to the new Tonaquint Business Center on Dixie Drive in St. George. The new location has doubled Zion’s Way size, allowing them to hire more staff and add a new Home Health division.
