On Monday, BE HOT Yoga relocated and opened their new 4,000 SF studio.  Located in Rio Plaza at 558 E. Riverside Drive in St. George, the new facility is three times the size of their former studio.  BE HOT Yoga and BE University with founded by Jt and Sheila Brown in 2010.  
Wildly passionate about cultivating a vibrant “yoga family” community, their vision quickly materialized, bringing together first-time and long-time yoga students in a nurturing space that fostered self-acceptance, compassion, togetherness and growth.  Droves of students left the BE HOT studio with a profound sense of peace, calm and strength. It didn’t take more than a class or two to become hooked on hot yoga.  The BE HOT Yoga family is elated to invite our community to celebrate the opening of this sacred new space; a space dedicated to the memory of the recent passing of Sheila Brown.
