An 8,000 square foot industrial building in the Fort Pierce Industrial Park has been sold to a commercial real estate investor. The building is currently home to 3 businesses and was built in 2010. Fort Pierce is the largest Industrial Park in Southern Utah and is considered one of the best industrial business locations in the Southwestern area of the United States. Fort Pierce Industrial is home to a few nationwide operators such as Blue Bunny, Czarnowski, Miliken, Old Dominion Freight, and Family Dollar.
A major feature for the park is that it is accessible from two interchanges minutes away from the I-15 freeway as well as an additional major local road and is also only minutes away from the new St George airport.
