A Northern Utah investor bought 9,000 SF adjacent to the Lin’s Grocery Center off Sunset Boulevard. The Buyer was looking for income producing property that had stable leases. Wes Davis, of NAI Southern Utah, who was involved in the sale of the facility represented the seller, a group of family members. The sellers were motivated to sale by other opportunities in the market and a restructuring of the ownership mix. The property is home to Pizza Hut, Partyland, and Computer Connection.
