Billy Lane

Billy is a director of the Net Lease Investment Group at NAI, working with investors in the buying, selling, exchanging, restructuring, and/or leasing back of net-leased properties across the U.S.  He has been a top-producing real estate professional for over 15 years and has overseen real estate projects in Las Vegas, Pittsburgh, and San Francisco. Billy joined NAI in 2023 to help lead their net leased practice across the intermountain region.

Though currently based in Las Vegas, Billy grew up in Hawaii and has also spent significant time in several other states and countries including Arizona, California, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Taiwan (Taipei), and China (Shanghai).  Billy is fluent in both English and Mandarin (Chinese) and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Arizona State University.

Outside of the office, Billy enjoys traveling, fitness, and spending time with his wife and three kids.
