What a better way to start the Holiday season than to open a new Hispanic themed Ice Cream Shop! Located just off of Sunset Boulevard in the Dixie Sunset Plaza is where this new little slice of Heaven will call home. Meeja McAllister at NAI Excel successfully negotiated the lease terms between both the Landlord and the new Tenant to make this Sweet Space work for both of them.
This new little restaurant, La Paloma, is taking over the space where Zeppes was located.
“This local Ice Cream Shop will create a good tenant mix with the Hispanic market already on site,” stated Meeja McAllister of NAI Excel.
The growing culture and great food are both growing in the St. George area providing expansion and additional opportunities for retail growth in Southern Utah.
