Brandon Vandermyde, Mark Walter, and Jon Walter of NAI Excel recently sold the net leased restaurant and strip center anchored by Wal-Mart in Bloomington. The four tenant investment property includes Dickey’s BBQ, Fantastic Sam’s, Je. J Nails, and Ensignal Verizon Wireless Retailer. Vandermyde facilitated the lease with Ensignal and represented the Seller while Jon Walter and Mark Walter placed the investor with the property.
